Site Visit

 

A site visit is designed as a meet-and-greet for you, your property, and American Power Works. Our goal is to learn more about the location, discuss your needs, and educate you on our service offering and how we are much different than what you’re used to.

 

Standard

 

The Standard Inspection uses our core asset quality indicators in areas that are most common to customer traffic and touch points. From the moment your customers approach your property, they are evaluating quality and calculating how well their experience will go. We look at areas from the property entrance to customer facing interior areas for opportunities find the hidden issue and fix them before they grow larger. Our inspections break down the environment to ensure we are capturing sensory elements that we know drive perception.

  • Building Exterior

  • Building Interior
